Notice is hereby given that the City of Cortland, Ohio as a chartered municipality has the authority to sell property which may become obsolete, unfit for public use, or not needed for public use by internet auction and also by direct sale to other public entities. The property sold may include, but is not limited to, personal property such as motor vehicles, road machinery, equipment, tools, and supplies, all regardless of their value by using the following reputable on-line internet auction services which are not limited to: municibid.com, govdeals.com, and ebay.com.
