Online at https://cortlandoh.authoritypay.com/ This is the same website; it has not changed. You can do a quick pay or sign in to your account.

Autopay-you may sign up for autopay by visiting https://cortlandoh.authoritypay.com/ sign in to your account and enroll in autopay.

Pay by Phone 330-636-9499 automated service, follow the prompts

Pay by mail, drop off in the secure drop box, which is located by the entrance door, or visit the administration office to pay in person. Office hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, closed from noon to 1 for lunch.
If you are already enrolled in autopay, this transition has transferred over all of your information, and there is nothing you need to do.
The following charges apply:

$00.01 – $50.00 = $1.95
$50.01 – $100.00 = $2.75
$100.01 – $5000.00 = 2.75%
