  • COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE & CURBSIDE RECYCLING
    Sealed proposals will be received at the City Administration Building, 400 N. High St., Cortland, OH 44410 until 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 23, 2026, for the collection and disposal of residential solid waste and curbside recycling. Specifications are available at the Administration Building, 400 N. High St. Contact Mayor Deidre Petrosky at 330-637-4003 with any questions. The City of Cortland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
  • WEST MAIN STREET BOAT RAMP IMPROVEMENTS
    Sealed bids will be received at the City Administration Building, 400 N. High St. Cortland, OH 44410 until February 24, 2026, at 11:00 am for the construction of a new 347 square foot restroom building along with asphalt paving and concrete sidewalks for handicap parking and restroom access.  At that time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

  • SALE OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED PROPERTY
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Cortland, Ohio will utilize internet auction or direct sale to other public entities for the sale of municipally owned personal property, which is not needed for public use, or is obsolete, or is deemed unfit for the use for which it was required. Items may include but are not limited to personal property such as motor vehicles, road machinery, equipment, tools and supplies, regardless of their value. Items to be disposed of will be posted on reputable on-line internet auction which are not limited to municibid.com, govdeals.com and ebay.com. The City’s webpage cityofcortland.org will provide a link to the site as well as announcements of available items, terms and conditions.
