Join the City of Cortland as a “trunk host” and help create a fun, safe and memorable Halloween experience for children and families!
We are looking for businesses, organizations, club & teams, and families & individuals to participate. Decorate your vehicle or table, dress up, and hand out treats to hundreds of excited trick-or-treaters!
